John Bailey

John graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He has been admitted to the North Dakota State and Minnesota State Bars and the Minnesota Federal District Courts.

He has extensive experience in workers compensation and personal injury law. As a long standing community member of Bemidji, MN, John has represented hundreds and hundreds of clients in both areas of worker’s compensation and personal injury.

His level of commitment to his clients is unprecedented and his overall goal is to always maximize the potential recovery on behalf of his clients. John’s goal is to get his clients money - bottom line.

Mike graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998, and has been an attorney in Northern Minnesota since then. Mike is married to Jennifer and he has (4) children.

Since 2008, Mike has focused his practice exclusively on workers’ compensation and personal injury representation. Over the years, Mike has been able to help hundreds of injured clients obtain compensation and benefits for their injuries.

Mike will work aggressively and diligently in order to obtain the best possible results for his clients. In 2012, Mike was one of 32 recipients of the Minnesota Lawyer’s Attorney of the Year award for his work in representing injured workers that had acquired Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome.
